Leianna Senior Photo Shoot

Enjoyed the wonderful company of Medina High School graduate Leianna last week for a photo shoot around Bandera. She and I have shot together for almost four years now – we’ve done studio, urban, location, and Leianna has even modeled for my photography workshops.

As always with Leianna, it was a really fun shoot. We’ve done so many styles together, that for this shoot, I used camera gear I never use for portraits and went to locations I’ve never shot at before in Bandera. Turned out great thanks to her smooth style in front of the camera.

It’s never too early, or too late, to get your high school senior photos done. I work each year with Utopia High School, Medina High School, and Bandera High School juniors and seniors, as well as lots of young adults from the surrounding area: San Antonio, Boerne, Kerrville, New Braunfels, and so on. If you would like to set up your senior photo shoot, just drop me a line.

Hannah & Leianna Riverside Photo Shoot

A few weeks ago I did a photography workshop alongside Kerrville photog Kari Reed, and Hannah and Leianna were kind enough to come out and model with us down at the City Park here in Bandera.

We had a lot of fun and made some great photos! Thanks guys for such a beautiful autumn session.

Cold weather is no time to stop taking outdoor photos! Now is when you can whip out the winter-weather wardrobe and make awesome, stylish, fun, fashiony photos. Never too early to get your Christmas card photos done, as well, and it’s always warm in the studio for our baby and maternity clients!

Ian Headshots Photo Shoot

IMG_3626-bw

The inimitable and talented Ian, a longtime friend of the stage at Bandera High School, came in last week with a need for a quick round of headshots for an upcoming play audition.

Theatre people are always great in front of the camera. They know how to throw a pose and express an emotion or feeling through their look and body language.

Ias, a senior who graduated from Bandera High School this year, was no different, and we sat down together after his shoot to look at the photos on our massive viewing monitor. We picked out our mutual favorites, looked at them in color and black and white with different crops, and he picked out these three as his favorites.

Many thanks for the great shoot, Ian, and I hope your stage career is wonderfully successful!
